These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the website, products, and services offered by Zucchero by Pallak (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website or affiliated platforms, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
1.2 By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.
2. Products & Services
2.1 All products are handcrafted, perishable, and made to order. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations may occur.
2.2 Ingredients, allergens, and storage instructions are provided to the best of our knowledge. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review this information before consumption.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through our accepted payment methods.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.
3.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our control.
4.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are not permitted except in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5.2 Cancellations may be requested within 2 (two) hours of order placement, provided production has not begun.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, photographs, and website content are the exclusive property of Zucchero by Pallak.
6.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zucchero by Pallak, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
10. Amendments
Zucchero by Pallak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
