Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Zucchero by Pallak (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) addresses concerns relating to returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements of our products. By placing an order through our website or any affiliated sales channel, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. General Terms

1.1 All products offered by the Company are handcrafted, perishable, and made to order. Accordingly, the Company does not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
1.2 Exceptions apply only in cases of verified damage, defect, or quality concerns as defined in this Policy.

2. Damages and Defective Products

2.1 The Customer must inspect all products upon delivery.
2.2 In the event of any damage, spoilage, or incorrect item received, the Customer must notify the Company within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.
2.3 Claims must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the product and original packaging.
2.4 Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
    a) Replace the product at no additional cost, or
    b) Issue a credit note redeemable against future purchases.

3. Order Cancellations

3.1 Orders may be cancelled by the Customer within 2 (two) hours of placement, provided that production has not commenced.
3.2 Once production begins, cancellations, modifications, or refunds will not be permitted.

4. Exclusions from Refunds and Replacements

No refunds, replacements, or credits shall be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Delay in delivery attributable to courier or logistics partners.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the Customer.

  • Customer’s change of mind, preference, or taste after delivery.

  • Failure by the Customer to collect or receive the order at the designated delivery time.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
