Shipping & Pickup Policy
This Shipping & Pickup Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for order collection from Zucchero by Pallak (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Terms
1.1 All orders placed through our website or affiliated channels are pickup only.
1.2 The Company does not offer shipping, courier, or home delivery services at this time.
2. Pickup Location & Timings
2.1 Orders must be collected from our designated pickup location:
215/1/2, 3rd floor, Ramchandra Apartments Shirole Road, opp. Fergusson College Main Gate, Pune, Maharashtra 411004
2.2 Pickup is available during our operating hours:
10AM - 7 PM
2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring timely collection of their orders on the scheduled date and time.
3. Order Collection
3.1 Customers must provide a valid order confirmation (order number or receipt) at the time of pickup.
3.2 If someone other than the Customer is collecting the order, prior notice must be given to the Company along with the representative’s name and contact details.
4. Non-Collection of Orders
4.1 As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, failure to collect the order on the scheduled date and time will result in the order being forfeited.
4.2 No refunds, replacements, or credits shall be issued for uncollected orders.
5. Liability
5.1 Once the order is handed over at the pickup point, all risk of loss, damage, or deterioration passes to the Customer.
5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the products after successful pickup.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
